Today we had 2 open houses in San Ramon, both in Gale Ranch. It was amazing to have over 40 groups through one of them and over 25 groups through the other. Many visitors are coming from outside of the area looking to get into the best schools. This is an indication of how busy it will be in Real Estate this year. At least the first half of year with the current tax incentives and today’s ultra low interest rates.

Exciting news for San Ramon! After three years of planning, San Ramon Regional obtained California State approval and secured the needed funds to proceed with the expansion project.
