Today we had 2 open houses in San Ramon, both in Gale Ranch. It was amazing to have over 40 groups through one of them and over 25 groups through the other. Many visitors are coming from outside of the area looking to get into the best schools. This is an indication of how busy it will be in Real Estate this year. At least the first half of year with the current tax incentives and today’s ultra low interest rates.

Offers for Briza Loop will be looked at on Monday or possibly Tuesday at the latest. There are indications that there may be as many as 6 offers coming in on this Cedar Bridge townhome. Some of the comments heard from the open house on Briza were, WOW, this home is really upgraded; we like the lot size and views; this home is really well maintained and super clean; I really like the downstairs bedroom and full bath.
